How-To schedule messages to WhatsApp Broadcast lists

You can schedule messages to WhatsApp broadcast lists in a similar way to scheduling messages to regular contacts or groups. To utilize this feature, the following steps should be taken:

 

1.     Enter the scheduling screen.

2.     In schedule to, select: WhatsApp Broadcast list

3.     Click to WA icon and select the broadcast list you wish to schedule to.

4.     Set the desired date and time for the message to be sent.

 

It is essential to note that scheduling messages to a broadcast list with the default name given to it when it was first created may result in a scheduling failure. Therefore, users are advised to edit the default name and change it to any other text to ensure successful scheduling.
