How to Import WhatsApp Contacts in Bulk Using CSV Files - A SKEDit Guide
Creating a CSV / TXT File
To successfully import recipients, you need to prepare a file containing the names of the contacts you want to add.
There are two methods to prepare your file:
A. TXT File Method
Create a TXT file with recipient names listed and separated by commas. Make sure each recipient name is written exactly as it appears in WhatsApp.
If you are adding unsaved numbers, ensure each number includes the plus sign (+) and the country code. For example: +1 514 210 7330
B. CSV File Method
Create a CSV file with the recipient names listed one below another in Column A. Make sure each recipient name is written exactly as it appears in WhatsApp.
If you are adding unsaved numbers, ensure each number includes the plus sign (+) and the country code. For example: +1 514 210 7330
