To better understand and address your concern, please provide us with some additional information:
- Device Name
- OS Version
- SKEDit version
- A video recording of the scheduling process, from start to finish, showing the issue you're facing
Please make sure you attach a video screen record along with the ticket, showing the issue happening, so we can understand how to reproduce and fix (especially for WhatsApp issues). For example, in case it's a Whatsapp message that is failing, please start recording starting from the scheduling process, up until the automation happens and the failure notification is received.
You can get "Du screen recorder" for this directly from Google Play.
Small Video Size:
From the screen recorder app settings, you can decrease video resolution and quality to 360p/2mbps, so that the size is small and can be easily sent via ticket/email.
Please understand that automation on WhatsApp is a workaround solution that is very hard to make compatible with all Android devices. Together, however, we can make it happen :) All you have to do is just share with us the details of the issue you are facing (e.g. if you recognize any pattern with how it fails), attach a video screen showing the scheduling & automation happening (very important), and we will investigate asap to make it compatible.
