Adding Communities to Your Scheduled WhatsApp Messages

When adding WhatsApp communities to your schedule, always use single contact selection. For your reference, below are the two ways of adding recipients to your scheduled message:

1. Single Contact Selection: Add recipients one by one by selecting each contact individually from your WhatsApp list.
   
   
2. Multi-Contact Selection: Long press on a chat in WhatsApp, then select all the individual contacts and groups you want to send your message to.

To prevent issues while importing recipients, do not choose communities while in multi-contact selection mode. Always add WhatsApp communities one by one to the recipients' list.
