VERY IMPORTANT: Please make sure you attach a video screen record along with the ticket, showing the issue you are facing. For example, in case it's a Whatsapp message that is failing, please start recording starting from the scheduling process, up until the automation happens and the failure notification is received. You can use Du screen recorder for this.
FYI-Small Video Size: From the screen recorder app settings, you can decrease video resolution and quality to 360p/2mbps, so that the size is small and can be easily sent via ticket/email.
