Why Are My Scheduled Messages Paused?
Learn why premium scheduled messages get paused and how to get them sending again after renewing your subscription.
Why This Happens
When you have premium scheduled messages sitting in the Pending tab and your subscription expires, SKEDit automatically pauses those messages. The schedules are not deleted — they are simply on hold until your subscription is active again.
What a Paused Schedule Looks Like
Paused scheduled messages appear in the Pending tab with a red pause icon on each schedule card, indicating they are temporarily on hold.
Resubscribe — Automatic Resume
Once you resubscribe, all paused pending scheduled messages will automatically be unpaused and will resume sending at their scheduled times. No further action is required in most cases.
Your paused schedules keep their original date, time, recipients, and content — resubscribing restores everything exactly as it was.
Still Paused? Apply This Quick Fix
If a scheduled message stays paused even after you have resubscribed, you can resolve it manually with one small edit:
Editing and confirming forces SKEDit to re-validate the scheduled message, which clears the paused state and refreshes the schedule against your active subscription.
Quick Summary
Premium scheduled messages pause automatically when your subscription expires. Resubscribing resumes them automatically. If a schedule remains paused after renewing, simply edit the date or time and tap confirm — this clears the paused state instantly.

Paguei pela versão PRO+ mesmo assim está pedindo para ser Premium. E não está enviando as postagem em massa. Por favor me retorne.
Ola Mar&Su, poderia por gentileza nos enviar um email para contact@skedit.io?
