Why are my scheduled messages Paused?

The Premium subscription adds new options to SKEDit's Basic package. When using SKEDit Pro, users can enjoy exclusive features, called Locked Features, such as adding multiple recipients to a schedule or attaching many files. See SKEDit Premium Features.

 

When the Premium Subscription ends, if a scheduled message contains a locked feature, the card will be marked as Paused. You will not lose any of the details set in that card, but it will pause sending until SKEDit Pro renews. 

 

Once you renew your Premium Subscription, your scheduled cards will resume automatically.

If your Paused schedule does not have a custom repeat, do not forget to edit and update the sending time for that card!
