How to Connect with SKEDit Customer Support
Learn how to access support options and what to include when reporting issues.
Before You Start
SKEDit provides multiple support options depending on your account type. You can access all support features directly from the SKEDit menu.
1. Open Support & Community
Open the SKEDit menu and scroll down to the Support & Community section.
2. Choose Support Option
Chat Support – Available for free accounts
Premium Chat Support – Available for premium accounts
Help Center – Open the Help Center, read the articles, and try to resolve the issue yourself, or submit a support ticket if needed
3. Contact Support
If your issue is not resolved, contact our support team:

4. Reporting Failed Messages
When reporting a failed scheduled message, always include:
- Sending Logs
- Screen recording (recommended)
5. Record & Share Issue
Please send the scheduled message by tapping the Send Now button while recording a video.
Then share the video with us so we can analyze it and assist you in resolving the issue.
6. Screen Recording App
If needed, you can use XRecorder to record your screen and share the screen recording with our support team.
