How to use SKEDit Broadcast list, making the process to create bulk scheduled messages faster and easier

SKEDit Broadcast Lists allow you to create a custom list and add different types of recipients in one place, helping you build bulk schedules faster and reuse the same recipients whenever needed.

What is a SKEDit Broadcast List?

SKEDit Broadcast Lists allow you to create a custom list and add different types of WhatsApp recipients in one place, including Contacts, Groups, WhatsApp Broadcast Lists, Communities, and Channels.

A SKEDit Broadcast List can be used across multiple scheduling channels, including:

WhatsApp - WhatsApp Business - Telegram - Instagram - Messenger - Email

Using lists helps you save time, stay organized, and quickly reuse the same recipients when scheduling messages.

How to Create a SKEDit List

1 Open the SKEDit app.

2 Tap the menu icon (☰) at the top-left corner.

3 Select “SKEDit Broadcast Lists”.

4 Choose your scheduling channel (for example, WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business).

5 Tap the (+) button at the top-right corner.

6 You will be redirected to the Create List screen.

Adding Recipients to Your List

After reaching the Create List screen, you can add recipients using one of the following methods:

Option 1: WhatsApp (Multiple Contact Selection)

Valid for WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, and Telegram.

Tap on “WhatsApp” under Recipients
You will be redirected to WhatsApp
Long press on the first contact until a blue SKEDit pin appears at the bottom right corner
Continue selecting additional contacts
Once done, tap the blue pin
All selected recipients will be added to your list

Option 2: Phonebook

Tap on “Phonebook”
Select recipients directly from your device contacts
Confirm to add them to the list

Option 3: Upload CSV

Prepare a CSV file with recipient names
Tap on “Upload CSV” and select your file

Important:
Names in the CSV file must exactly match how they appear in WhatsApp. Incorrect names may result in delivery issues.

Option 4: Enter Manually

Tap on “Enter Manually”
Add recipients one by one

Important:
Ensure names are identical to WhatsApp contact names for accurate matching.

Result

Your SKEDit list is now ready and can be selected when scheduling messages, helping you save time and improve efficiency.
