SKEDit allows you to schedule and automate messages on Android. Before using it, it’s important to understand how it works and what to expect.
How SKEDit Works
SKEDit does not send messages from the cloud.
Instead, it uses your device to send messages at the scheduled time.
This means:
• Your phone must be ON
• Your phone must be connected to the internet
• SKEDit must be properly set up on your device
Before You Schedule Your First Message
To start scheduling:
• Open SKEDit
• Tap the (+) button on the home screen (Pending screen)
• Select a scheduling channel (e.g., WhatsApp, SMS, Email)
• You will be redirected to the scheduling screen
Before scheduling your message:
• Tap the red triangle at the top
• Complete all required setup steps until all warnings disappear
If setup is not completed, messages may fail to send.

Scheduling Best Practices
To avoid issues:
• Do not schedule multiple messages at the exact same time
• Leave a minimum of 3–5 minutes between scheduled messages when sending to a single recipient
• Increase the time gap if each scheduled message includes multiple recipients
This ensures SKEDit has enough time to complete each sending process properly.
Naming Best Practices
To avoid contact-matching issues:
• Do not use duplicate names for contacts or groups
• Avoid emojis in names
• Avoid numeric prefixes like "001 John"
• Rename broadcast lists before using them
Screen Lock Behavior
SKEDit supports sending messages even when your device is locked.
Supported screen locks:
• PIN code
• Passcode
• Fingerprint
• Face recognition
Not supported:
• Pattern lock
If you are using a pattern lock, scheduled messages may fail.
Switch to a supported screen lock type for best results.
Important Limitations
• Messages will not send if the device is OFF
• Messages will not send without internet
• Messages depend on proper app setup
Dual WhatsApp Support
SKEDit supports:
• WhatsApp
• WhatsApp Business
• Dual-SIM setups
To select the correct account:
• Open SKEDit
• Go to Settings
• Select Dual WhatsApp Settings
• Choose the account to use
Keep Your Device On
SKEDit cannot send messages if:
• The device is powered off
• The device is restarting
Always keep your device ON at the scheduled time.
Next Step
Before scheduling your first message, complete the full setup:
