How to Schedule a WhatsApp Poll

Schedule WhatsApp polls with custom questions, multiple options, and single or multiple answer support — all from SKEDit.

About WhatsApp Poll Scheduling

SKEDit lets you create scheduled WhatsApp polls with a question and as many answer options as you need. You decide whether respondents can choose one option or multiple, set the time, and SKEDit will deliver the poll automatically.

STEP-BY-STEP  •  CREATING A POLL

Select the WhatsApp Polls Schedule Type

Open the SKEDit scheduling screen and tap the Schedule Type dropdown menu at the top. From the list, select WhatsApp Polls. You have now enabled the WhatsApp Polls type of scheduled message.

Build Your Poll

Fill in the poll fields in this order:

• Title (optional) — a label that helps you identify this scheduled message later when searching through pending schedules.
• Question — the poll question itself (for example, "What is your favorite product of ours?").
• Options — the answer choices respondents can pick from (for example, Hairbrush, Creams, Oil, Perfumes).

Add More Answer Options

You can add as many options as you need. Tap the + Add Option button located below the option list, and a new option field will be generated each time you tap it.

Unlimited Options

There is no limit on the number of answer options you can add to a SKEDit poll — keep tapping + Add Option for as many choices as your poll requires.

Multiple Answers Toggle

SKEDit lets you decide how respondents can answer your poll by using the Multiple Answers toggle:

ON

Each recipient can select multiple options from the list.

OFF

Each recipient can select only one option.

Set the Date and Time

Scroll to the Schedule section and choose the date and time when your poll should be delivered. You can also configure repeat options if needed.

Add Recipients

Scroll back to the top of the scheduling screen and tap the (+) button next to Recipients. Select the contacts or groups that will receive your scheduled poll.
