How to Schedule Messages to Unsaved Numbers

Configure SKEDit safely for unsaved-number scheduling — reduce restriction risk by following the required settings and timing rules below.

Overview

Scheduling messages to unsaved numbers requires extra care. To reduce the risk of WhatsApp account restrictions, the sending behavior must mimic natural human activity. This is achieved by enabling two specific SKEDit settings, applying randomized intervals between scheduled messages, and respecting a recipient ceiling per send.

STEP 1  •  REQUIRED SETTINGS

Single Contact Sending Mode

REQUIRED — ENABLE

This setting must be enabled when scheduling messages to unsaved numbers. It instructs SKEDit to send the message to recipients one at a time instead of in grouped batches.

Why it matters: Sending to one number at a time prevents WhatsApp from detecting bulk activity, which is one of the most common triggers for account restrictions on unsaved numbers.

Wait Time Between Batches

REQUIRED — SET TO 35–40 SEC

Set the Wait Time Between Batches to a value between 35 and 40 seconds. This adds a pause after each recipient, making the sending pattern resemble natural human behavior.

Use Irregular Time Gaps Between Scheduled Messages

When creating multiple scheduled messages, do not use equal intervals between them. Apply random, uneven gaps so the sending pattern does not look automated.

Never repeat the same gap. Vary your intervals widely — a few hours, then a different number of hours and minutes. The more irregular the schedule, the more natural the activity appears.
