How to cancel my Subscription

Subscriptions on Google Play are renewed automatically unless you unsubscribe.

 

Cancel a subscription

Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription.

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone
2. Sign in to your Google Account
3. Tap Menu /  Subscriptions
4. Select the subscription that you want to cancel
5. Tap Cancel subscription
6. Follow the instructions

SUBSCRIPTION NOT SHOWING? CHECK YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT 

If your active SKEDit subscription does not appear in your Google PlayStore Store subscriptions, it usually means you are logged in to Google PlayStore, with a different email address than the one used for the purchase.

Please check your Google invoice to confirm which email address was used to buy the SKEDit subscription. Once a subscription is purchased, Google automatically sends an invoice to that email address with all the relevant details.

You will also receive a reminder email from Google one week before the subscription renews, notifying you of the upcoming charge.

 

 

 

 

What happens after you cancel?

When you cancel a subscription, you’ll still be able to use your subscription for the time that you’ve already paid.

For example, if you buy a one-year subscription on 1 January and decide to cancel your subscription anytime:

• You’ll have access to the subscription benefits until 31 December
• You won’t be charged another yearly subscription following 1 January
