How to Cancel Your SKEDit Subscription

Manage your Google Play subscription, troubleshoot missing subscriptions, and learn what happens after you cancel.

Auto-Renewal Notice

Auto-renewal is enabled by default on every Google Play subscription unless you turn it off manually.

As long as auto-renewal stays enabled, your subscription will be renewed automatically if you do not cancel it before the renewal date.

How to Cancel a Subscription

IMPORTANT — UNINSTALLING THE APP DOES NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription directly through Google Play:

Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone.

Sign in to your Google Account.

Tap Menu → Subscriptions.

Select the subscription you want to cancel.

Tap Cancel subscription.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.

Subscription Not Showing? Check Your Google Account

If your active SKEDit subscription does not appear in your Google Play Store subscriptions, it usually means you are logged in with a different Google account than the one used to purchase the subscription.

What to Do

Check your Google invoice to confirm which email address was used to buy the SKEDit subscription. When the subscription was purchased, Google automatically sent an invoice to that email address with all the relevant details.

Renewal Reminder

You will also receive a reminder email from Google one week before the subscription renews, notifying you of the upcoming charge.

What Happens After You Cancel?

When you cancel a subscription, you will still have access to your subscription for the period you have already paid for.

EXAMPLE — ONE-YEAR SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASED ON 1 JANUARY

You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until 31 December.

You will not be charged for another yearly subscription following 1 January.
