Upgrade PRO to PREMIUM

I have to download CSV files. Do I have to upgrade my subscription from Pro to Premium. If yes. How much to pay and how upgrade it. Pls advise.

  SKEDit v2.9.9.6 introduces a much-requested feature: Bulk Import of Recipients. With this feature, you can now upload contacts in bulk, using CSV files to import individual contacts / WhatsApp Groups, to your scheduled messages.
