CSV file downloading in PRO subscription

I have PRO subscription. How can I download CSV files. Please advise.

  Hi Dear,

  SKEDit v2.9.9.6 introduces a much-requested feature: Bulk Import of Recipients. With this feature, you can now upload contacts in bulk, using CSV files to import individual contacts / WhatsApp Groups, to your scheduled messages.
