Timeout while scheduling a Whatsapp message to a group

Hello, I've been using the app since a month, today, I tried to schedule a message, but it keeps trying and then it timeout and did nothing!
Note: I've tried both wifi and mobile data and nothing worked

  I have the same problem

  I Tried:
  Clear the cache.
  Uninstall and reinstall.
  I rebooted my phone with the factory settings and nothing solved.
