    Thanks for reaching out to SKEDit Customer Success team; we apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused you.

    Unfortunately, as you already mentioned, we are having a problem with sending attachments. Some users have noticed that updating SKEDit to the latest version, v2.9.7, has caused scheduled WhatsApp messages containing attachments to fail. The two mostly like causes of this problem are:

    1. The file you are trying to attach is located in your external memory card
    2. You are trying to attach from Google Drive (not supported)

    Our team is working to resolve this issue. Meanwhile, please make sure that the file you are attaching is located in your device's internal memory.
