    Note: Multi-contact selection is an exclusive feature for Premium subscribers.

     

    First, make sure your device's language is either English, Portuguese, Spanish, or Arabic.

    Note: Devices using other languages will 
    not be able to activate
    Multi-Contact Selection correctly.

    To change your device's language:
    1. Go to Settings
    2. Search for and select Add language
    3. From there, select your desired language

     

    When using multi-selection mode, the first contact/group to be selected must be through a long press to the contact's image, not the chat. If you start by pressing on the chat, it will seem like you activated Multi-Contact selection, but you won't be able to continue to your scheduling screen after confirming selection.
