I already opened two support tickets to see why my 50% off coupon for any package doesn't work, so far no response...

Hi Bruno, Can you send me an email to contact@skedit.io ? What doesn't work exactly? Can you send me a screenshot of the issue?
You should tap "Have a Promo code?" button in the SKEDit menu and enter the code for the package you wish to subscribe. You will then be redirected to the Play store checkout screen.
