Couldn't Find Undelivered Broadcast

Sometimes I couldn't send broadcast without notification from SKEDit so I had to reschedule them manual. Once, SKEDit sent that broadcast successfully sent, but it didn't appear on the group. And I couldn't find it on my SKEDit list. How could that happen? What's the problem ? Any solution for those problems ? Thank you.
