whatsapp local backup preventing skedit from working

Every day I set skedit to send messages at 6:00am.
No message is sent as at 2:00am whatsapp starts an automatic local backup. Backups on google drive have already been disabled, however this local backup could not be disabled.
Do you have any solution to this problem? I tried to rename the Database folder inside whatsapp, created a file without an extension called database, but it made no difference and the local backup of whatsapp continues...
I have paid account...
