I saw the plans list is HK$29 for monthly, but Google charged me payment HK$62, will refund the spread?

  This is a text from Google support's website, explaining the introductory pricing that developers can set to the app:
  
  If you're offering a free trial and introductory price, your users will be charged the introductory price at the end of the trial. A user can only use receive an introductory price to a specific subscription product one time.
  
  If you have previously  subscribed to SKEDit Business (or Trial), you are no longer eligible for the introductory discount.
