    I am sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with scheduled messages! I am going to need some more info on this matter to be able to help you.

     

    1. The messages failing are SMS or WhatsApp messages?
    2. What is happening exactly? How often do your messages fail?
    3. Did your recipient change his/her name after the message was already scheduled?
    4. Did you schedule two or more messages at the same time?
