Advice Required on Group Size

Hi Txs for the great tool. I have 4000 contacts who contacted us in the past. I would like to send them drip campaigns twice a month. Any idea how I can do it. All I could find is to create 16 groups. Would it then be possible to add these groups to a scheduled message? I suppose so.

  Hello Johan,

  Thanks for reaching out to us! Yes, it is possible to message the 4000 recipients, but you have to make sure each name is unique.

  1. Create 16 broadcast lists inside WhatsApp, each list containing the maximum of 256 contacts (totaling 4096 contacts)
  2. Create a group in SKEDit (you can find the blue "Groups" icon under the "To" field), let's call it "Past Clients"
  3. In the group "Past Clients", add the 16 broadcast lists that you previously created in WhatsApp
  4. Type your message and schedule it

  This way, every time you want to schedule a message to those contacts, you simply select the group "Past Clients". To avoid failure, be careful not to schedule another message close in timing since the more recipients a message has the longer it takes for SKEDit to finish sending it.
