How to avoid "Contact Match Failed" error

1. Do not name two recipients with the same identical name in your phonebook. This will affect the sending process even if only one of the contacts is added as a recipient of the scheduled message.
2. Using "Enter Manually" feature: 
   1. Be careful not to mistype the contacts name in the recipients' field. The name must be entered exactly as saved on your phonebook.
3. Ensure that your device has enough free RAM storage space
4. Ensure that your device has a good operating processor 
5. Do NOT tap on the screen or tap anywhere on the screen during the sending process.
