The Email attachment process is different from WhatsApp, as it needs to be uploaded first to the server before it could be sent (right after you click on "schedule", you will notice in the notification panel the file upload in-progress - will disappear when done).
If you scheduled an email with an attachment 2min in the future, depending on the size of the attachment and the speed of your connection, the attachment might not go through (in case you are a first-time user and want to test email scheduling, just make sure the upload is done before the scheduled time).
