Generating a new Password
If you are having trouble signing in, please try the following steps to generate a new Password:
- Click on Sign in
- Click on Forget Password
- Fill in the email you used to create an account
- Follow the process to generate a new password (you will receive a link on your email).
- Sign in with your new password
"Email is invalid or doesn't exist"
In the case where it says the email is invalid or doesn't exist:
- Make sure the email is written correctly
- Make sure the email you are typing is the one used to create an account in the app
