Skedit timeouts
Please resolve this issue as quickly as possible if the issue remains i would like to request a refund۔

I have purchased skedit monthly Biz subscription but it seems to timeout۔۔۔۔۔
It searches the contact name but does not forward the message

Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue you encountered. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. To assist you better, kindly provide us with the sending log for the failed message to contact@skedit.io
To obtain the sending log, kindly follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the failed card
- Tap the three dotted menu
- Select "Sending logs"
- Choose the log date and send us a screenshot of all the details
The sending log will provide us with insights on what went wrong during the sending process, allowing us to resolve the issue efficiently. Once we receive the sending log, we will attach it to your report and forward it to our developers.
Additionally, we kindly request that you provide us with the device brand and SKEDit version.
