Our team has worked on a fix and the update is deployed on the Google Play store. Please, go the the SKEDit page on the Google Play store and update your SKEDit app.

If you have already updated your SKEDit app and you are still having issues, please let me know so we can investigate and resolve it! You can go to the failed card, tap the three dotted menu, tap "logs", and send us a screenshot.

- Vá para o cartão da mensagem que esta dando problema
- Toque no menu de três pontos
- Toque em "Sending logs"
- Selecione a data do registro e envie-nos uma captura de tela com os detalhes de todos os batches

I have been having the same issue also a premium subscriber. The messages suppose to request to be sent as a pop up. It worked for a while but now nothing comes up. I go manually and send otherwise they just get deleted after the sent date. It does not go to pending or failed even.
